"I wasn't too happy with the high premium I have had to pay over the years with this company, but dealt with it because State Farm has a good reputation. Well when I sold my car I called to cancel the policy and a woman named Jessica was EXTREMELY RUDE over the phone. First she refused to agree that I would receive a refund for the remaining 18 days in my policy cycle that would be unused stating "uh it's only a week anyway". When I said it was more than two weeks and just wanted to make sure I wasn't paying for coverage I wasn't receiving, she sarcastically said "whatever, sorry my math wasn't perfect." The call was ended with her rushing me off the phone, still no answer to my original question. Any chance I would ever use this particular office is out the window thanks to her. I only give two stars because I never had any prior incidents...although I never made a claim either, so who knows given this experience."
